With over 16 years of digital technical experience & over 9 years in the digital marketing field here in Vietnam, Ly overseas client services, digital strategy, digital creative, and internal operations for Mirum Vietnam. Under Ly’s management, Mirum Vietnam has won multiple awards. From Vietnam’s local advertising awards event, “The Golden Bell” back in 2007, to an AME award in 2010, a Webby Award in 2012, MMA Vietnam awards from 2015 and 2016, and consistent yearly wins from Campaign Asia for Digital Agency of the Year since 2012 to 2015. In 2016, Ly was listed in Campaign Asia’s Top 40 under 40 which is Asia’s highest achieving rising stars who will lead the industry through tomorrow’s challenges in the marketing communications business. Ly has been a judge for the festival of Media Asia Awards that is held yearly and for the Mobile Marketing Awards Association here in Vietnam. Graduating from Simon Fraser University (SFU) in Vancouver BC Canada with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science and a computer systems diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), Ly helped start Mirum alongside with Justin Cohen (Co-founder) while working as a software engineer in Japan. Ly eventually left Japan to go full speed ahead with Mirum. The solid reputation Ly established for introducing innovative technological advances, including Vietnam’s first interactive video campaign, let to the agency being snapped up by WPP a couple years back (previously called Sofresh ) and incorporated into Mirum. Ly is a strong believer in chaos having a positive impact, Ly encourages staff to embrace it, and be prepared to fail in order to learn. When not in the office, Ly can be found at the nearest golf course or muay thai gym.

Gaurav Magotra is currently Managing Director – OgilvyOne Vietnam heading their digital operations. He moved to Vietnam about a year back from Mumbai, India having headed one of OgilvyOne’s fastest growing offices. Having worked for the past 16 years (almost all of them in OgilvyOne and other WPP agencies) in the digital-direct industry and advising clients on their digital strategies, he loves the ever-changing, adaptive and challenging environment that digital provides. With rich experience across several industries, he has handled diverse brand portfolios like Vodafone, DHL Express, Mondelez, Nestle, Kimberly-Clark and Unilever to name a few. Under his leadership, his agency has garnered several creative and effectiveness awards, and agency wide accolades like Agency of the Year. He has a Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing from JBIMS (University of Mumbai). In his free time, he loves to travel, watch animation movies and head-bang to classic rock. And of course, spend time with his two kids.
Lukasz has over 15 years of marketing and management experience in emerging markets, developing and transforming businesses in Poland, Kazakhstan & Central Asia, China and currently Vietnam. He is a graduate of MBA Hult International Business School in San Francisco. For last 5 years in Vietnam, he has led Leo Burnett Vietnam to become one of the leading integrated communication Agencies. He has won over 40 recognitions, some of the key ones are Creative Agency of the year in Vietnam 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016; Digital Agency of the year 2015; Agency of the Year in Mobile in APAC & Vietnam, Asian Marketing Effectiveness. Since May 2016 his role was extended to CEO and Board Member of PublicisOne Vietnam. He has extensive experience in business acceleration across categories, he has been developing brands for companies such as Samsung, McDonalds, Philip Morris, Procter&Gamble, Heineken, General Motors, Red Bull and many others. Alan started his career as an advertising copywriter in Hong Kong. He was hired, trained, promoted and repurposed – more than once – all by the Ogilvy Asia network. Currently, he combines overseeing Ogilvy’s Vietnam businesses with a regional talent role. Alan has, at various times, been creative director, head of the office and regional director for Ogilvy in Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City and Bangkok. He became talent lead for Asia in 2015. Originally from Southeast England, Alan has a bachelor’s degree (Southampton) in education. And a master’s degree (Edinburgh) in writing for theatre. He lives in Ho Chi Minh City and makes regular visits to Hong Kong, Bangkok and Northeast Thailand where he also has a home.
