4 | How can the mentor and mentee contact each other? | AIM will email to connect the mentor and mentee. |
5 | What size props can the stand hold? | A3, the contestants must print and bring a sheet of cardboard (with content) themselves. |
6 | Is it allowed to add more slides to reduce the wordiness in one slide, or should it still be limited to 10 slides? | No, the total number of slides must still be limited to 10 slides, but it’s not required to use all 10 slides. |
7 | Is it allowed to remove redundant content from the old deck to make the final version more logical? | Yes, but you are not allowed to add new information. |
8 | Is it allowed to insert video/audio and slides? | Except for the Film category, videos/audio are not allowed to be inserted in the PowerPoint file for the other categories. |
9 | Is it allowed to remove some copy/text? | Yes, you are allowed/should simplify the deck to tell the story, and most importantly, you (the presenter) are the hero of the show. |
10 | Digital category: Does the initial 1-page submission need to be included as the final slide (executive summary in the new PowerPoint file)? If so, can I modify the content in the executive summary? | It should be included, and you can simplify the executive summary. Just remember, you are not allowed to change the strategy, insights, idea, and deployment plan. |
The competition features three categories: Film, Marketers, and Digital, each with its own set of requirements. A team may participate in up to two categories within the same league. However, a team can’t register for two categories across both Student league and Industry Practitioner league.
For Vietnam Young Lions 2025, the competition requires contestants to complete the work and the presentations at the Grand Finale in English.
