In this first year of functioning, Ki Saigon has won Silver in Campaign Asia’s Independent agency of the year, has the highest number of shortlists at Tangrams for any agency in Vietnam & been their work has been featured in coveted creative portals like The Dieline, Bestads & Creativity. Kathy Uyen is a Vietnamese-American Film Director, Actress, Producer, Writer and Co-Founder & C.E.O of A.C.T Academy. Born and raised in San Jose, California, graduating with a double major with a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. In Los Angeles, Kathy has worked in all aspects of entertainment from Casting, Film & TV Development & Research, Talent Agencies and Film Production at prestigious companies such as DreamWorks SKG, Warner Brothers and Happy Madison, Adam Sandler’s production company. Kathy has studied with numerous Los Angeles Acting Coaches & Schools such as Lisa Robertson Studio, Lesly Kahn Studio, Groundlings, UCB, Howard Fine and Warner Loughlin Studios. Kathy was featured in numerous films and television shows such as “How I Met Your Mother”(2007), “Asian Stories (Book 3)”(2005), “Supercapitalist”(2010) in Hong Kong and “Finishing The Game” (2007)directed by Justin Lin. Kathy’s role in Victor Vu’s film “Passport to Love” (Chuyen Tinh Xa Xu)(2008) was Kathy’s first film in Vietnam. This film won her Golden Kite’s Best Supporting Actress in 2009. Her leading role in Charlie Nguyen’s film “Fool for Love” (De Mai Tinh) became a big box office hit in 2010 and became Kathy’s most memorable role to audiences. Soon after, Kathy became a triple threat as Co-Writer, Producer, and Actress in “How to Fight in Six Inch Heels” (Am Muu Giay Got Nhon ) which garnered her second Golden Kite Award for Best Leading Actress in 2013. Her additional film credits in Vietnam include “Bo Ba Rac Roi”(2015),“Em chua 18” (2017) and “Hon Papa Da Con Gai” (2018). In 2019, Kathy premiere her debut as co- writer and Director of “Chi Chi Em Em” a psychological thriller starring Thanh Hang, Chipu, and Lanh Thanh produced by Muse Films & Timothy Linh Bui. It was the highest anticipated thriller film of the year and was voted 2 nd Best Film of the Year by We Choice Awards 2019. Between film projects, Kathy is the most sought out Acting coach for rising & celebrity film actors and actresses in Vietnam including Chipu, Diem My 9x, Kaity Nguyen,Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc, Lanh Thanh, Le Xuan Tien, Hoang Oanh and many more. Currently Kathy Uyen is the Co-Founder & CEO of A.C.T Academy, an Acting and Filmmaking Academy offering curriculum in Acting, Directing, TV/Hosting, Screenwriting, Producing and Public Speaking. Co- Founded together in 2020 with Thanh Bui, Musician, Business Entrepreneur & Founder of Soul Music & Performing Arts Academy. Kathy is passionate about sharing the technique of Acting as a way to empower confidence in not just actors, performers but everyday people of all ages, on camera, on stage and in life. Maryzyle Fernandez Galinato
Maryzyle has over 20 years of advertising experience, steadily rose through the ranks and acquired the necessary skills and experience befitting each level (from Junior Copywriter, Copywriter, Senior Copywriter, Copy Group Head, Associate Creative Director, Creative Director and Group Creative Director). She has worked on a wide spectrum of brands: Food & Beverage, Personal care, Pharmaceuticals, Automobile, Telecommunications, Banking, Retail, Fast Food, Confectionery. Her strength is to work closely with the Strategic Planner to identify strong insight and compelling propositions. She has won several awards includes: finalist at Mobile Marketing Awards APAC and Vietnam for Vlive campaign, Radio Lotus Silver at the 2016 Adfest, shortlist at One Show for Mentos Campaign, AMES Platinum Award for Digital Campaign for Castrol Drive On, and Silver Award at Spikes 2017 for Clean & Clear poster. Maryzyle took up the role of Group Creative Director at Hakuhodo Saigon Advertising from 2016 to present and has contributed to the overall growth of the agency (both in people and business), led the team to a number of pitch wins and served jury for Adstars twice. Maryzyle served as an Associate Creative Director at Mullenlowe Vietnam from 2011 to 2016. She won numerous pitches for the agency: Coke Still Portfolio, Dutch Lady Fresh Milk, Abbott Grow, Chivas Regal, Panzani Pasta, and VIB Bank. Dutch Lady campaign for fresh milk outperformed the market leader Vinamilk in all aspects of market performance. She also launched the Aquarius brand to top-performing sales growth. While she was working as Copy Group Head at DDB Vietnam (2007 - 2010), she successfully launched Vinamilk Tet campaign, Lipton Green Tea and grew market share to 10%. She also won pitches for PNJ Jewelry, Hanoi IZZI milk and Sfone Telecom Company. She was also a Senior Copywriter/Copy Group Head at DDB Philippines (2004 - 2007).  She won the GOLD Award at the ARAW VALUES Award for the Philippine Election Campaign and  awarded as DDB Philippines Most Creative-Strategic for possessing both a creative and strategic mind that catapulted brands to the top position both in awareness and sales performance.

Denise Thi
Denise started an agency with a co-founder in 2009. As it grew, it morphed into a digital marketing agency concurrent with the shift in media consumption habitsof the Vietnamese people. In April 2016, Isobar officially launched in Vietnam, completed the M&A process of Emerald with Denise continues to be Isobar Vietnam& Managing Director. Isobar is a Digital Network which was voted World Best Digital Marketing Agency by Forrester in its 2015 Forth Quarter Report called The Forrester Wave: Digital Experience Service Provider, awarded by Campaign Asia as Digital Agency of The Year in 2011/2012/2014/2015/2016. Nguyễn Diệu Cầm
Cam is a professional and entrepreneur who is a critical hand in building up T&A-Ogilvy since 2002 from a small agency to one of the leading professional communication firms in Vietnam. Currently as the General Director, Cam focuses on developing and maintaining the relationship with the company’s clients, especially in strategic counseling and program development. She is also leading Ogilvy Consulting, the engine coordinating the efforts of Ogilvy Vietnam’s three service arms of Brand & Advertising, PR & Influence, and Customer Engagement & Commerce. Having over 15 years of experiences in Communication and Diplomacy, Cam has been working with almost all leading international and local brands engaging the agency’s services and gaining expanded experience in a wide spectrum of industries. She has deeply involved in communications strategy & planning through her keen insight on Vietnamese media, consumers and business context, as well as her extensive knowledge of communication practices Cam graduates from the Institute of International Relations with the major in diplomacy and holds an MBA degree from a 2-year course sponsored by the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Prior to coming to T&A-Ogilvy, Cam worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, first at the America Department and then at the Press Department with a supporting role at international conferences as AMM 34th and ARF 8th in Hanoi. Before that, Cam was an active coordinator for IOGT, a Swedish NGO dedicated to social work in Vietnam in 2 years. Cam lives with her family in Ho Chi Minh city.
